I love an easy meal that you can just toss into the crockpot and let cook all day and I love chili, so when I found a basic BBQ Chicken Crockpot Chili recipe on Pinterest, I decided to give it a shot.  We are huge chicken eaters in this house and I love BBQ.  I changed up the recipe quite a bit, in fact… the only thing I did the same was chicken and BBQ sauce so I’ll share my exact recipe below.  I hope you love it and if you give it a shot, let me know what you think!

Ingredients

1lb chicken breast
1 16oz. Cannellini Beans
1 14oz. Green Chilies
1 14oz. Kidney Beans
1 14oz. Pinto Beans
1 Onion, small
1 14oz. can Chicken Broth
4 Garlic Cloves
1/2 cup ketchup
1 cup BBQ sauce
2 tsp Yellow Mustard
1 tbsp Worcertershire Sauce
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
Tortilla Strips
Cheese
Sour Cream

Directions

  1. Put your crockpot on low and put all of the ingredients except the tortilla strips, cheese, and sour cream in the crockpot.  Let cook on low for 8 hours.
  2. Serve with tortilla strips, cheese, and sour cream.
