I posted this recipe on my snapchat, like I do all of my meals, and the screen shots went crazy!  It is by far the most loved snap I’ve ever had so I figured I better share it on my blog since snapchat only holds snaps for 24 hours!  This is incredibly simple and SPICY, yes… SPICY.


1 lb ground beef
2 cans of tomato paste
1 can of tomato sauce
1 purple onion
3 jalapeños (or 1 cup jar jalapeños)
2 red bell peppers
2 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbs oregano
1 tbs chili powder
1 tbs jalapeno juice


  1. Turn the crockpot on high and put the ground beef inside along with the seasonings, jalapeno juice, tomato paste and tomato sauce.
  2. Cut up the onion, jalapenos, garlic, bell peppers and add to the crock pot.
  3. Leave on high for 4 hours then turn to medium for 2.
  4. When you’re ready to eat, cook your noodles and serve.

(You can make this less spicy by de-seeding the jalapenos, but we leave the seeds in because we like things HOT HOT HOT!
