Pepperoni is my oldest daughters main food group and I’ve been trying to think of new ways to incorporate it into her meals without just eating them on their own. She also really loves pasta so I thought why not just mix it all together – and it worked! She loves it and goodness so do I!
There are no exact measurements that will make or break it, really it’ll depend on how much you are going to want in each bite!
For me I did:
15 deli cut pepperonis(you can sub for a bag of the mini pepperonis),
8oz pack of mozzarella pearls
10oz pack of tomatoes
1 cup of basil pesto
1/2 a lemon squeezed
